3 x 10 Front Squats with PVC


Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1

rest 5 mins

21-15-9 reps for time of:

  • Front Squats @ 42.5kg/60kg
  • Ball Slams

The bar must be cleaned from the ground before executing the front squats.
