Here is a reminder of the Christmas Opening Hours:

Monday 23rd December – Open as usual

Tuesday 24th December (CHRISTMAS EVE) – Classes as usual up to and including lunchtime class

Wednesday 25th December (CHRISTMAS DAY) – CLOSED ALL DAY

Thursday 26th December – CLOSED ALL DAY

Friday 27th December – Usual Hours

Saturday 28th December – Usual Hours

Sunday 29th December – Gym Closed

Monday 30th December – Usual Hours

Tuesday 31st December (NEW YEARS EVE) – Classes as usual up to and including lunchtime class

Wednesday 1st January – CLOSED ALL DAY

Thursday 2nd January and onwards – Usual hours

The next Olympic Lifting Course will begin 25th/26th January 2014, this is ideal for anyone who would like to improve their lifting technique or simply increase their confidence with the barbell. The course will run for 12 weeks, class times are Saturday’s 4 – 5pm or Sunday’s 9 – 10am. Full price for the 12 weeks is £60, to reserve a slot in one of the classes please bring in a £30 deposit by Friday 17th January, spaces are limited to 12 per class. Thanks.

Stretch & Mobilise

Wallball Tekkers

In 20 Minutes Complete:

150 Wallballs @ 6/9kg

Then in the remaining time AMRAP:

25 Kettlebell Swings @ 16/24kg
15 Burpees

*Scale WEIGHTS as needed.
