Remember you still need to book into the sessions on a Thursday, when you arrive select a station depending on which piece of Cardio equipment you’d like to use, or what’s available, and get ready to go hard!

EMOTM for 9 Minutes:
Row, Ski or Assault Bike 12/15 Calories

* Scale by reducing Calories by 3 Reps

1 Minute Rest

b)
Every 45 Seconds x 9:
Row, Ski or Assault Bike 9/12 Calories

* Scale by reducing Calories by 2 Reps

1 Minute Rest

c)
Every 30 Seconds x 9:
Row, Ski or Assault Bike 6/9 Calories

* Scale by reducing Calories by 1 Rep

* If there are more than 26 Booked into a Class, we will need volunteers to do a Running version of this workout instead!
