Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise
WOD “ANGIE”
For time:
- 100 Pull ups
- 100 Press ups
- 100 Sit ups
- 100 Air Squats
As always dont be put off by the volume, scale as needed for the individual. Scaling options would be to half the reps and do “Baby Angie”, pull ups can be scaled by going through the band system or utilising jumping pull ups or ring rows.
