WOD 30.03.2015

This weekend was the last in “The Open” which means that we are now back to our usual weekly schedule. This means that Thursdays are now back to being an Open Gym/Catch Up Day and the Team & Comp WODs will take place on Friday’s again.

 

Below are the Opening Hours for BOTH Bank Holidays Friday 3rd & Monday 6th April:

7:00am – 8:00am = CrossFit Class
8:00am – 9:00am = Open Gym
9:00am – 10:00am = CrossFit Class
10:00am – 11:00am = CrossFit Class

4:00pm – 5:00pm = Open Gym
5:00pm – 6:00pm = CrossFit Class
6:00pm – 7:00pm = CrossFit Class

WOD:
30 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
40 Burpee Box Jumps @ 20/24″
50 Ab-Mat Sit Ups
60 Russian Swings @ 16/24kg
Run 800m

* Scale CTB PU’s for regular “Chin Over “, Band Assisted or Jumping PU’s
* Scale WEIGHT & HEIGHT as needed
