Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD

Spend 10 minutes on a gymnastic movement of your choice.

In a 15 minute window:

-Run 800m, then in the remaining time AMRAP:

  • 7 HSPUs
  • 14 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
  • 21 Double Unders

*Scaling option for HSPUs is 2-1 Press ups/Abmat HSPUs/Pikes*
