DB Snatch Tekkers

12 Minute AMRAP of:
5 Strict Pull Ups
10 Alternating DB Snatches @ 15/22.5kg
20 Double Unders

* Scale STRICT PU’s to STRICT Band Assisted PU’s or Ring Rows (No Kipping)
* Substitute STRICT PU’s for STRICT Chin Ups
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale DU’s for Reduced Reps (10) or 60 Single Unders
