Remember to bring your own Skipping Rope with you for today’s Class WOD!

We have a couple of Ropes left at the Box for you to buy for £10 if you don’t have one.

Otherwise, don’t worry we will provide a different movement for you do do instead of you don’t have one to use!

 

Warm Up:
Stretch & Mobilise
30 Single Unders
10 Alternating Lunges
5 Sumo-Deadlifts
5 High Pulls
5 Sumo-Deadlift High Pulls
x 3

Kit Set-Up & Movement Practice

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Sumo-Deadlift High Pull @ 30/40kg
20 Alternating Static Lunges
40 Double Unders

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale DUs for 20 Reduced Reps or 80 Single Unders if needed
