* Scale DISTANCE as needed
* Scale Pistols for Post/Band/Box Assisted Pistol Squats
* Substitute Pistols for Lunges/Box Step Ups/Squats
* Scale HSPUs with Ab-Mats or Pikes
* Substitute HSPU’s for Press Ups
