Well done to everyone who competed in “The Open”, once all the scores have been submitted and verified you will be able to see where you stand in the worldwide leader board as well as in your specific categories! It has been a great 5 weeks, I’m sure everyone can take a lot of positives away from taking part, and hopefully you have found things you need to work on which will push you to become a better athlete!

The Box will now return to its usually schedule, with Team & Comp WOD returning to Friday and Thursday going back to Open Gym! Check out the Homepage for more details of exact timings for Classes and Open Gym sessions throughout the week!

The upcoming Weightlifting Course is coming up this weekend. The first classes are on 2nd/3rd April. If you have paid your deposit but still need to pay the final amount please can you bring this to the Box before your class begins this weekend. If your not sure of what specific class you signed up for please let me know, also if you cannot make the 1st session you need to let me know!

For those of you who shown an interest in the new “Teesside Competitor Program”, its tab has been added to the website! Keep an eye on it as info will be released tomorrow regarding the overall aim and structure of the program. The first Full Week of programming will be posted in advance on Saturday 2nd! 24 Double Unders

* Scale PU’s for Band Assisted or Jumping PU’s, or Ring Rows
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale DU’s for reduced reps or 60 Single Unders
