Warm Up:
Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise

Strict HSPU Tekkers
Front Squat Tekkers

12 Minute AMRAP Of:
7 Strict Handstand Push Ups
10 Front Squats @ 42.5/60kg
25 Static Lunges

Scale HSPU’s with Ab-Mats, Pikes or Press Ups. Scale Weight as needed.
