WOD – “28/08/2013”

For those of you who have signed up for the Olympic Lifting Classes, they start this weekend! Please arrive 10 minutes early so that we can begin on time, the 1st 6 sessions are all about the Snatch! (If you can’t remember which class you signed up for then send me a message or see me in the box this week)

Warm Up:
Row 500m
Stretch & Mobilise

Front Squat Tekkers
Chest to Bar Pull Up Tekkers

WOD:
7 Rounds For Time Of:
7 Front Squats @ 50/70kg
7 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
7 Burpees

20 Minute Time Cap.

*Scale weights as needed, scale CTB Pull Ups for regular Pull Ups, Band Assisted or Jumping.
