Here are the Opening Hours for the rest of December and New Year:

Wednesday 28th – Saturday 31st = Normal Open Hours

New Years Day = CLOSED

Monday 2nd January:

9am – 10am = Open Gym
10am – 11am = Class
11am – 12am = Class

4pm – 5pm = Open Gym
5pm – 6pm = Class
6pm – 7pm = Class

Tuesday 3rd Onwards = Normal Open Hours

Overhead Squat Tekkers

7 Minute AMRAP of:
7 Overhead Squats @ 30/42.5kg
7 Toes to Bar
7 Burpees

3 Minute Rest

7 Minute AMRAP of:
Run 100m
15 Kettlebell Swings @ 16/24kg

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale T2B for Hanging Knee Raises or Sit Ups
