14 Minute AMRAP Of:
10 Front Rack Lunges @ 42.5/60kg
15 Wallballs @ 6/9kg
10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale CTB PU’s for regular “Chin Over” PU’s, Band Assisted or Jumping PU’s or Ring Rows
