We are sad to be loosing one of our members Chris “Fordy” Ford at the end of the month, so this workout is programmed in his memory! He wants a slog, so that’s what we got ready, be prepared to suffer!

Warm Up:

10 Kettlebell Swings @ 16/24kg
10 Thrusters @ 15/20kg
20 Burpees
20 Kettlebell Swings @ 16/24kg
