Please remember that if you are booked into a session, to arrive to it 5 Minutes before it starts, please DO NOT arrive too early!
Give the Class in before you a chance to clean everything down and leave the Box, and also the coaches a chance to make sure everything is tidy and set up for the next group!
In today’s Class WOD we will be making use of the Cardio Machines, this means that if we have more than 26 booked in to the class, we will once again be asking for volunteers do Run in the WOD instead.
If you would like to run in the workout, please place yourself in one of the four stations without a piece of Cardio equipment right at the front of the Box.
