Workout of the Day

During the Lock Down, we have had lots of positive feedback regarding the daily Running Workouts which were programmed alongside the “Home WODs”.

To make sure that those benefitting from these extra Running Sessions are able to continue doing so, from now on we will include three of these sessions each week, you can find them by clicking “more” from the drop down menu on our website, and then selecting “extra training”, scroll down to the “Engine” section. These sessions will be updated every week!

Warm Up:
Row, Ski or Bike 7/10 Calories
10 Air Squats
8 Jumping Air Squats
6 Press Ups

Stretch & Mobilise

Barbell Tekkers

Kit-Set Up & Movement Practice

WOD:
5 Rounds for Max Reps of:

40 Seconds of Power Cleans @ 45/60kg
30 Seconds of Front Squats @ 45/60kg
20 Seconds of Shoulder to Overheads @ 45/60kg

90 Seconds Rest Between Rounds

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
