During the Lock Down, we have had lots of positive feedback regarding the daily Running Workouts which were programmed alongside the “Home WODs”.
To make sure that those benefitting from these extra Running Sessions are able to continue doing so, from now on we will include three of these sessions each week, you can find them by clicking “more” from the drop down menu on our website, and then selecting “extra training”, scroll down to the “Engine” section.
