Well done to everyone who has taken part in the 2017 CrossFit Open for the past 5 weeks! As always The Open makes you push harder than normal allows you to realise what you are capable of! The Open also has a knack for highlighting your weaknesses which of course can be improved to make you even better!

Make sure you all enter submit your scores online at some point tomorrow so we can verify them. Now that The Open has finishing we are back to our normal routine which means this week Thursday will be Open Gym and Friday is back to Team & Competitor WODs!
