50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10 Reps For Time Of:
Double Unders
Ab-Mat Sit Ups
Kettlebell Swings @ 16/24kg

Scale KB Weight as needed. Scale Double Unders for 3 – 1 Single Unders (150 – 120 – 90 – 60 – 30).
