WOD -“26.11.12”

This week see’s the announcement of the final London Throwdown Qualifier WOD, we have a handful of athletes still within a chance of making the finals on the 26th & 27th January 2013. We also have a few athletes making an awesome account for themselves in the online scaled catergory, good effort guys!! The WOD will be programmed for Wednesdays class 🙂

If any of you are intending on travelling to the London Throwdown you can purchase your weekend spectator ticket here. It has been decided that we will use the Uxbridge Travel Lodge for our team base and this is only 1.3 miles away from the venue. You can book your room here, if you want a twin room make sure you take the family room option as Travel Lodge dont have twin room options, they have a deal on now priced at £95 for 2 nights. Spend some time working on Double Unders, aim to hit as many as you can unbroken

AMRAP: 15 minutes

  • 15 Wall Ball Shots @ 6kg/9kg
  • 10 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
  • 5 C2B Pull ups
