- 50 Air Squats
- 25 Push Press @ 30kg/50kg
- 50 Sit ups
- 25 Front Squats @ 30kg/50kg
- 50 Cal Row
- 25 Deadlifts @ 50kg/80kg
- 50 Double Unders
Then 5 Rounds of:
- 5 KB Swings @ 16/24kg
- 5 Burpees
