Warm up

800m run, stretch and mobilise

PVC tekkers on Push press, Front squats.

For the time:

  • 50 Air Squats
  • 25 Push Press @ 30kg/50kg
  • 50 Sit ups
  • 25 Front Squats @ 30kg/50kg
  • 50 Cal Row
  • 25 Deadlifts @ 50kg/80kg
  • 50 Double Unders

Then 5 Rounds of:

  • 5 KB Swings @ 16/24kg
  • 5 Burpees
