Workout of the Day

WOD 26.07.2020

For today’s WOD we will be putting the Rowers, Ski Ergs & Assault Bikes to use!

However, we have only got 26 stations on the go that include one of these pieces of kit, therefore, if we have more than 26 people booked in for a Class, we will need to get a few Running stations going.

If you wouldn’t mind Running instead of doing Calories in the workout, please put yourself in one of the 4 stations without a piece of kit, that are located right near the front doorway!

 

Warm Up:
Row, Ski or Bike for 1 Minute,
or Run 100m
1 Minute of Alternating Lunges
1 Minute of Inch Worms
x 2

Kit Set-Up & Movement Practice

WOD:
12 Minute Ladder of:
Row, Ski or Bike 12/15 Calories
3 Power Snatches @ 30/40kg
Row, Ski or Bike 12/15 Calories
6 Power Snatches @ 30/40kg
Row, Ski or Bike 12/15 Calories
9 Power Snatches @ 30/40kg
Etc.

* Scale WEIGHT & CALORIES as needed
* If you volunteer to use a Running station, you will be Running 200m
