Active recovery would involve a light row/run, plenty of stretches and mobilisation work. Also a great opportunity to work on skills or fundamentals.
I will be holding a Mobility WOD at 18:00 and 19:00, the focus will be on hip mobility. This is open to anybody to attend but still feel free to get your WOD on if youve missed a day.
