Pistol Squat Tekkers

WOD:
20 – 16 – 12 – 8 – 4 Reps For Time Of:
Deadlifts @ 60/85kg
Alternating Pistol Squats

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale Pistols using an equipment aid (e.g. plate under heel, hold object, stand on box)
* Scale Pistols for Band or Post assisted Pistols
* Choose an alternate movement e.g. lunges, step ups or squats
