We hope everyone is excited for our 1st WOD back in the Box since the beginning of Lock Down!!

Please do not underestimate this simple looking WOD of Thrusters & Burpees. If you haven’t been on a Barbell in a while we would advise lifting at least 5kg lighter then your pre-lock down Weight to let the body get used to the Intensity again.

Remember when you arrive, try to choose a station which includes the Barbell and Plates you would like to use already in it, however, if you end up in one which doesn’t, there is extra kit in the Rig that you can swap for!

Warm Up:
Row, Ski or Bike 7/10 Calories
or Run 100m
12 Air Squats
6 Burpees
x 3
Stretch & Mobilise

Kit Set-Up & Movement Practice

WOD:
5 Rounds:

2 Minute AMRAP of:
7 Thrusters @ 30/40kg
7 Lateral Burpees

1 Minute Rest Between Rounds

* Start each AMRAP, by carrying on from where you finished the one before.

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
