WOD – 25.07.17

Remember on Sunday 30th July we’ll be hosting our annual Charity event. This year we’ll be raising money for Cancer Research, a charity that is close to many of our member’s hearts none more so than the legend Eddie Holder. Please take time to read Eddie’s story by clicking here.

For the charity task we will row up and down the entire length of the river Tees, this is 274,000m between everyone who shows up. We will evenly split between the rowers and perform intervals until the job is done!! The day will also be CrossFit Teesside’s 6th Birthday so we’ll have a BBQ (weather depending) and eat cake on completion of the row.

9:10am – The Row commences until the job is done!!!

Warm up

4 x 400m runs, rest between efforts whilst your partner runs

AMRAP: 10 mins of “CINDY”

  • 5 pull ups
  • 10 press ups
  • 15 Air Squats

*REST 1 MINUTE*

AMRAP:10 mins

  • Run 200m
  • 15 Box Jumps @ 24″/30″

*Scale the pull ups for jumping/band assisted*

*Scale the height of the box as needed*
