3 x 10 Front Squats with pvc pipe/20kg bar

WOD

AMRAP 12 minutes:

  • 4 Squat Cleans @ 42.5kg/60kg
  • 8 Box Jumps @ 20″/24″
  • 12 Ab-mat sit ups
