Workout of the Day

WOD 25.02.2019

Fantastic work by everyone who tackled the first workout of “The Open”! So pleased to see so many of our members getting involved and enjoying the fun! If you still need to complete “19.1” as you have not been able to get it done already, don’t worry, there will be four Rowers and Wallballs set out at the end of the Box all day tomorrow, as long as there is someone available to Judge you feel free to get stuck in, the Classes tomorrow will not be using this area!

Make sure that your SCORES are SUBMITTED! Remember that YOU have to do this yourself by logging into your account online or by using the App, once Submitted, we will then log in and VERIFY your score once we have checked it. Officially you have until 1am on Tuesday morning to get it in, but we would prefer if you could make sure its on by 9pm Monday night so we can verify everyone and make sure no one has forgotten!
