Here’s a few pieces of important information, please can you all take time to read and digest. 🙂
Coach Dave Butterfields full time role
Mr. Nice guy and top all-round athlete Coach Dave Butterfield will occupy a full time coaching role at CrossFit Teesside as of Monday 11th March. This will release me of some but not all of my coaching duties in order to concentrate on making CrossFit Teesside even bigger and better. The long term plan is to take on the unit next door, knock the wall through and then double the size of our floor space. We will then have the ability to have a dedicated lifting/strength area, mobility area and a larger WOD area.
Lunchtime Classes
The first Lunchtime classes will begin on a trial basis on Monday 11th March. They will be on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and will run from 12:30 – 13:30. After an initial 4 week trial the decision will be made wether or not they will become a permanent fixture.
Parking
Please, please, please don’t ever park in front of the unit next door, 60F. They are new residents and we need to keep them on side. There are plenty of available over flow spaces at either end of the road. This is particularly important as it can make a massive affect on my efforts to secure another unit.
