Warm Up:
Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise

Power Clean Tekkers
Shoulder to Overhead Tekkers

In 15 Minutes:
Complete 75 Kettlebell Swings @ 16/24kg
Then In The Remaining Time AMRAP:
15 Power Cleans @ 42.5/60kg
15 Shoulder to Overhead @ 42.5/60kg
