Workout of the Day


Warm up

Row 500m/Run 800m, 100 Single unders and 5o Double unders (if you dont have DU’s then repeat 100 singles)

Stretch and band mobility.

Toes to bar/Knee’s to elbow Tekkers and progressions.


5 Rounds for time of:

  • 20 Double Unders
  • 15 Box jumps
  • 10 Toes to bar
  • 5 HSPU’s
