Thu 24th = 7:00am – 8:00am – CrossFit Class
8:00am – 9:30am – Open Gym
9:30am – 10:30am – CrossFit Class
10:30am – 12:30pm – Open Gym
12:30pm – 1:30pm – CrossFit Class

Christmas Day = CLOSED

Boxing Day = 10:30am – 12:30pm – Open Gym (Traditional CrossFit Total)

Sun 27th = CLOSED

Warm Up:
Run 800m
Stretch & Mobilise

KB Tekkers (Swing & Carry)

WOD:
“Carrying Claudia”
5 Rounds For Time Of:
20 Kettlebell Swings @ 16/24kg
Run 400m with your Kettlebell

Take the Kettlebell with you everywhere, if at any time you need to put it down, the following fines must be completed before picking it back up:

Indoors = 5 Burpees
Outdoors = 10 Air Squats

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
