Warm up

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

WOD

A) Work on a gymnastic movement of your choice- Pull ups, Muscle ups, Pistols, HSPU’s

B) For time:

  • Row 1000m
  • 50 Burpees with a 6″ jump above your standing reach. (2012 open standards)
  • Run 800m
