Run, Row or Ski 1000m
Stretch & Mobilise

Pistol Squat Tekkers
Knees to Elbow Tekkers

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP Of:
9 Right Legged Pistol Squats
9 Left Legged Pistol Squats
9 Knees to Elbow
9 Box Jumps @ 20/24″
9 Press Ups

* Scale Pistol Squats with a Band/Post or use an Equipment Aid e.g. Plate, Box, Small Object
* Scale KTE for Knees to as high as you can get them
* Scale HEIGHT as needed
* Scale Press Ups on Knees

In the Video below, Austin Malleolo Demo’s the Pistol Squat, he is alternating legs, we will do all 9 Reps on one leg and then all 9 Reps on the other 🙂
