Pistol Squat Tekkers

12 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Alternating Pistol Squats
15 Kettlebell Swings @ 16/24kg
25 Double Unders

* Scale Pistols to Post/Band/Box Assisted or use an Equipment Aid
* Sub Pistols for Box Step Ups or Lunges
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale DU’s for 10 Reduced Reps or 75 Single Unders
