  • Run 800m
  • 23 Box Jumps into Air Squats (Richie “C” style) – 20″/24″
  • Run 600m
  • 23 Box Jumps into Air Squats (Richie “C” style)
  • Run 400m
  • 23 Box Jumps into Air Squats (Richie “C” style)
  • Run 200m
  • 23 Box Jumps into Air Squats (Richie “C” style)

Richie back in the day of band pull ups, he now does over 30 unbroken 🙂
