Front Rack Lunge Tekkers
STOH Tekkers

7 Rounds for Max Reps of:

In 2 Minutes:
Run 100m
In remaining time AMRAP:
10 Front Rack Lunges @ 42.5/60kg
5 Shoulder to Overhead @ 42.5/60kg
10 Lateral Burpees

Rest 1 Minute

After each 100m Run, continue the AMRAP from where you left off in the previous Round.
