In 6 Minutes:
Run 800m
In remaining time AMRAP:
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 Ab-Mat Sit Ups

Rest 1 Minute

* Scale DISTANCE as needed
* Scale HSPU with Ab-Mats or Pikes @ 1-1
* Scale HSPU for Press Ups @ 2-1 or 1-1
