If there’s anyone who has booked a place but has found out now that they can’t go can you get in touch with me ASAP as I have a list of people that would like to go.

Please ensure that as you did with the deposit you put the balance into an envelope and clearly write your name(s) on the front of it and give it to one of the coaches.

Overhead Squat Tekkers

1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10 Reps For Time Of:
Overhead Squats @ 30/42.5kg
Box Jumps @ 24/30″
25 Double Unders Between Each Set

Scale Weight & Height as needed. Scale DU’s for 75 Single Unders.
