WOD- CrossFit Teesside Benchmark WOD

For time:

  • Run 400m

3 Rounds of:

  • 20 Air Squats
  • 20 Sit ups
  • 20 Press Ups (Chest to deck)

Then Run 400m

If you scaled this WOD last time you completed it then try and hit it as RXD; if however you did it as RXD then the aim is to smash your previous time 🙂
