Stretch & Mobilise

STRICT Pull Up Tekkers
Front Squat Tekkers

12 Minute AMRAP of:
3 Strict Pull Ups
6 Front Squats @ 50/70kg
12 Ab-Mat Sit Ups
24 Alternating Static Lunges

* Scale STRICT PU’s for STRICT Band Assisted PU’s or Ring Rows
* Scale WEIGHT as needed
