10 Alternating Lunges

WOD:
21 Minute AMRAP of:
18 Pull Ups
18 Press Ups
18 Sit Ups
18 Deadlifts @ 60/85kg
18 Alternating DB Hang Snatches @ 15/22.5kg
18 Goblet Lunges @ 16/24kg

* Reduce PULL UPS to 9 Reps
* Scale PULL UPS for Band Assisted or Jumping, or Ring Rows

* Reduce PRESS UPS to 9 Reps
* Scale PRESS UPS to Knees or Box Assisted

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
