Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise

Power Snatch and OH Squat Tekkers

WOD reps for time of:

  • Power Snatch @ 25kg/42.5kg
  • OH Squat @ 25kg/42.5kg

*Complete 10 Double Unders inbetween each number*

Scaled version for those with shoulder mobility issues would be to substitute Power Cleans and Front Squats.
