WOD 21.02.2017

There is still time to enter “The Open” before the 1st WOD is released on Thursday night! Head over to the official CrossFit Games website and get yourself registered… you wont regret it!

For the duration of “The Open”, Friday’s will become our Open Gym day. This is the main day that those participating in the Open will be able to come in and complete that weeks WOD. There will still be a “Beast” programmed and all the Catch Up WODs from earlier in the week will be there to do.

This means that our beloved “Team WOD” will happen on Thursday instead, at all the usual Class times including 7:00pm – 8:00pm. There will NOT be a Competitors Class during the Open.

Warm Up:
Row 1000m
Stretch & Mobilise

Sumo-Deadlift High Pull Tekkers

12 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Sumo-Deadlift High Pull @ 30/42.5kg
20 Alternating Static Lunges
30 Double Unders

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
* Scale DU’s to reduced Reps (15) or for 60 Single Unders
