This week sees the first Workout of the CrossFit Games OPEN season. Here is some information for those who don’t know what this is. The CrossFit Games OPEN is the first stage of the CrossFit world games, it’s an opportunity to test all of your hard work and training against peers from all over the world. You can either scale or RX the workouts making it inclusive to any ability level, you will be scored against those in your age group and category. **CHANGE TO THE SCHEDULE** For the next 5 weeks TEAM WOD will be programmed for a Thursday as oppose to a Friday. This is due to the CrossFit OPEN Workout being released on a Thursday evening meaning Friday will be your opportunity to hit the workout and this will be the programmed WOD, Fridays can also be used as OPEN GYM. Once the OPEN is over we will resume usual routine.
