There will be a slight change to this weekends opening times due to all of the Coaches being away at the London Throwdown, but as you can see below there isn’t much difference. The classes will be ran by Jen Howse who has very recently just became a CrossFit Coach.
Friday 25th
CrossFit Class – 7am-8am
OPEN GYM – 8am – 9am (As oppose to 8am – 930am)
CrossFit Class 9am – 10am (As oppose to 09:30-10:30)
There will NOT be an “open gym” at 4pm, or competitors WOD at 7pm.
CrossFit Class – 5pm-6pm, 6pm – 7pm
Saturday 26th
Usual timings: CrossFit Class – 10am-11am, 11am-12pm.
There will NOT be an Open Gym on Sunday 27th.

Run 800m, Stretch and mobilise
Spend 15 mins working on gymnastic Tekkers, Pull ups, T2B.
Attempt a Max set of Unbroken Pull ups

“London Throwdown WOD 2”
AMRAP 10 minutes:
- 12 Up n Downs
- 18 KB Swings @ 16kg/24kg
- 24 Unbroken Double Unders (if you trip then you start your set again)
*Scale the weight as needed, 75 Unbroken singles can be subbed for the DU’s/ If your not ready to go unbroken on your singles or doubles just get through the set of 24 without re-starting your set if you trip*
