Today’s workout is dedicated to Mark Lane’s mam, Pamela Joyce Smith who sadly passed away on 1/12/11.

800m run, Stretch and mobilise
20 minute AMRAP:
- 1 Deadlift @ 70kg/100kg
- 12 Lateral Burpees
- 11 Sit-ups
This workout will become extremly challenging mentally, ecspecially on the burpees. Stay strong guys and give it everything youve got for Mark and his family. Remember the weight and exercises can be scaled to suit.
