REST DAY/ Active recovery

Active recovery would involve a light row/run, plenty of stretches and mobilisation work. Also a great opportunity to work on skills or fundamentals.

Please feel free to still come down and smash a WOD of your choice, one youve missed or even ask me to prescribe you one 🙂

AMAZING GRACE INSTRUCTIONS FOR SATURDAY 22ND OCTOBER

Everyone taking part should aim to arrive at CrossFit Teesside by 10:30am at the latest. When you arrive you will be designated a heat, when you are’nt taking part in the WOD you may be asked to be a counter for somebody else. There will be a designated warm up area where you can go through the movements with the coach if needed. The heats will consist of 6 individuals at a time.

10:40am- Opening Brief, WOD instructions and movement standards.

11:00am-Heat 1

Heats will then run roughly every 15 minutes.

Once everone has completed the WOD we can then all go and eat at the popular restaurant choice NANDO’s. This will be roughly 14:00.

Feel free to wear as much pink as possible!!! So far we have raised $915!!!!
