Here are the Opening Hours for the upcoming Bank Holiday Monday 25th May:

7:00am – 8:00am = CrossFit Class
8:00am – 9:00am = Open Gym
9:00am – 10:00am = CrossFit Class
10:00am – 11:00am = CrossFit Class

4:00pm – 5:00pm = Open Gym
5:00pm – 6:00pm = CrossFit Class
6:00pm – 7:00pm = CrossFit Class

Warm Up:
Run, Row + Ski 400m
Stretch & Mobilise

Deadlift Tekkers
Wallball Tekkers

WOD:
12 Minute AMRAP Of:
10 Deadlift @ 70/100kg
25 Wallballs @ 6/9kg

At 0, 3, 6 & 9 Minutes Complete = 25 Double Unders or 50 Single Unders

* Scale WEIGHT as needed
