WOD – “19/08/2013”

For those of you who have booked places on the upcoming Olympic Lifting classes, please can you bring in your final payments with you this week, the total amount of £60 needs to be paid by Friday 23rd August. Both the 4-5pm & 5:30-6:30pm Saturday classes have been filled, however there are still 2 places left in the 9-10am Sunday class for anybody who would still like to take part. The classes will run for 12 weeks beginning on the 31st Aug/1st Sept.

Warm Up:
Row 500m
Stretch & Mobilise

Front Rack Lunge Tekkers

15 Minute AMRAP Of:
20 Front Rack Lunges @ 42.5/60kg
20 Burpees
20 Double Unders

Scale weights as needed. 20 Double Unders can be scaled for 60 Single Unders.
